Week 39
I would walk 500 miles, and I would walk 500 more!
Picture Shared by Brother Stahle.  Thank you!
..Just to be the man to walk a thousand miles to bring the Gospel to your door! (If The Proclaimers were missionaries proclaiming the gospel like their name suggests!)

This week has been a bit of a weird week. It has been a lot of walking with a little less teaching, but alas it has truly been a great week! It went by super fast. I am a bit ashamed to say it but I didn't take a single picture this week! Hopefully I can snag a couple from others, and my dearest mother will probably receive some from members and post them to my blog! (elderwinnintheukm.blogspot.com)

Today we did some service at a school for disabled persons. We did a lot of grass slashing (It's how you mow

lawns here... you do it with a tool that looks like a long skinny machete with about a 40 degree bend at the bottom). We dug up a bunch of weeds, and we also cleared a big patch of stiff thorny stuff. They hurt!

I am really enjoying the work! It is fun to see the progress in peoples lives. Lately we have seen a lot of hang-ups with people going out of town and whatnot, but somehow everything seems to work out just right! Even on the day to day level plans fall though, and by following the promptings of the spirit the day turns out to be just what the Lord had apparently planned. I am grateful for the guidance of the Holy Ghost in the work and in my day to day life!
I love you each, and I hope you have a great week!
Love,
Elder Winn
